Quem deve pagar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Segundo a Lei do Inquilinato (n\u00ba 8.245\/91), \u00e9 responsabilidade do locat\u00e1rio o pagamento de todas as despesas ordin\u00e1rias inclu\u00eddas na taxa de condom\u00ednio de um im\u00f3vel, quando essa taxa existir.
